Shabbat Meditation:

“Behold, the days come,” says The Most High, “that I will make a new covenant with the house of Yisrael, and with the house of Judah, not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt, which covenant of Mine they broke, although I was a Husband to them,” says The Most High Yah. “But this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days,” says the The Most High Yah: “I will put My law in their inward parts, and I will write it in their heart. I will be their God, and they shall be My people. ' Jeremiah 31:31-33‬

'May The Most High bless you, and keep you [protect you, sustain you, and guard you]; The Most High make His face shine upon you [with favor], And be gracious to you [surrounding you with love and kindness]; May The Most High lift up His countenance (face) upon you [with divine approval], And give you Shalom [peace and blessings]." Numbers 6:24-26
