I borrowed this prayer from "The Prayer of Jabez", who appeared to be from the tribe of Judah, and was a man who desired to be blessed by The Most High (1 Chronicles 4:9-10). His mother had named him Jabez, which means, to suffer, or my pain, because Jabez's birth was a painful delivery, and one that occurred probably during a sorrowful time for her. Knowing this about himself, Jabez cried out to Yahuwah, because he wanted to be a blessing and not a burden. When you think about our ancestor Jabez, you can see a parallel between his life, and the House of Yisreal. Being descendants of Yakoob (Jacob) and enduring “The Great Tribulation” (Matthew 24:21), exile, and 400 years of captivity as foretold in Deut. 28, it's evident that these have been painful and troubling times for Jacob (Jeremiah 30:7). And like Jabez, we can also hope in The Most High to bless us, redeem, and restore His people. So with that said, I have adapted his prayer, as a prayer for not only Yisreal, but for any who desire to be blessed by our Creator, and adopted into His royal family. I've been praying this prayer for several years, and hopefully you will pray with us, to call forth the promises of The Most High. Shalom.

Bless your wonderful name Abba! In the Name of Yahshua, I pray that you will bless your people. Please bless us indeed. Enlarge our territory and give us dominion. Let your hand be upon us, your anointing, and keep us from evil, that we will cause no pain, or be a burden; so that your Kingdom advance in the earth, and you be glorified. Let it be so.
