Shabbat Meditation.

'Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but The Most High delivers him out of them all. He protects all of his bones. Not one of them is broken. Evil shall kill the wicked. Those who hate the righteous shall be condemned. The Most High Yah redeems the soul of His servants. None of those who take refuge in Him shall be condemned.' Psalms 34:19-22

'May The Most High bless you, and keep you [protect you, sustain you, and guard you]; The Most High make His face shine upon you [with favor], And be gracious to you [surrounding you with lovingkindness]; May The Most High lift up His countenance (face) upon you [with divine approval], And give you Shalom [peace and blessings]." Numbers 6:24-26
