Last night marked the first day of our new Hebrew week, the day after our last Shabbat, and Feast of Unleavened Bread (Unrisen Bread). A little over 2,000 years ago however, on this morning, our Messiah’s disciples had just received the greatest news that they more than likely had ever heard.

'When the Sabbath was past, Miriam Magdalene, and Miriam the mother of Jacob, and Shalom bought spices, that they might come and anoint him. Very early on the first day of the week, they came to the tomb when the sun had risen. They were saying among themselves, “Who will roll away the stone from the door of the tomb for us?” for it was very big. Looking up, they saw that the stone was rolled back. Entering into the tomb, they saw a young man sitting on the right side, dressed in a white robe; and they were amazed. He said to them, “Don’t be amazed. You seek Yahshua, the Nazarene, who has been crucified. He has risen! He is not here. See the place where they laid him! But go, tell his disciples and Peter, ‘He goes before you into Galilee. There you will see him, as he said to you.’

Mark 16:1-7

According to the script, it appears that the disciples didn't find out that our Messiah had risen until after the Feast of Unleavened or "Unrisen" Bread, was over! It wasn't on the first day of a Roman-Gregorian Calendar week, but on the first day of a Hebrew week, and if you refer to this teaching we presented during Passover: https://www.2868redeemed.org/post/observation-of-passover-the-resurrection you will find where we tracked the 3rd day from our Messiah's timely, but interim death, however according to scripture the disciples didn't even know it. It appears that the disciples didn't find out until after the Feast were complete! Sounds familiar? It's almost as if the news had to travel?

For as Jonah was three days and three nights in the belly of the huge fish, so will the Son of Man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth. Matthew 12:40 WMB

'The Most High prepared a huge fish to swallow up Jonah, and Jonah was in the belly of the fish three days and three nights.' Jonah 1:17 WMB

'Then Jonah prayed to The Most High, his Elohim out of the fish’s belly. He said, “I called because of my affliction to the Lord. He answered me. Out of the belly of Sheol I cried. You heard my voice. For you threw me into the depths, in the heart of the seas. The flood was all around me. All your waves and your billows passed over me. I said, ‘I have been banished from your sight; yet I will look again toward your holy temple.’ The waters surrounded me, even to the soul. The deep was around me. The weeds were wrapped around my head. I went down to the bottoms of the mountains. The earth barred me in forever; yet you have brought my life up from the pit, Lord my God. “When my soul fainted within me, I remembered the Lord. My prayer came in to you, into your holy temple. Those who regard vain idols forsake their own mercy. But I will sacrifice to you with the voice of thanksgiving. I will pay that which I have vowed. Salvation belongs to the Lord.” Then The Most High spoke to the fish, and it vomited out Jonah on the dry land.' Jonah 2:1-10

A female whale shark.

'The Most High's word came to Jonah the second time, saying, “Arise, go to Nineveh, that great city, and proclaim to it the message that I give you.” So Jonah arose, and went to Nineveh, according to the Lord’s word. Now Nineveh was an exceedingly great city, three days’ journey across. ' Jonah 3:1-3

You can see here in the text that Jonah thought that he was going to die in this sea beast, but after praying to The Most High, he was delivered from death after being in its belly for 3 days. However, after Jonah was delivered from death in the whale, it still took about 3 days and 3 nights for the message to get to Ninevah! I'm going to leave that right there.

This is a new observation for me Zion, but a welcomed one however, that I am looking forward to elaborating on more in Feast to come. The point of it all? To bring down the lies of Mystery Babylon and restore The Most High's people, whether by blood or adoption, either way we first have to be "reborn".

Yahshua answered him, “Most certainly I tell you, unless one is born anew, he can’t see The Most High's Kingdom.” Yochanan (John) 3:3 WMB

He has Risen, and The Most High willing, so will we. Shalom.

-My humble observation.
